The best Banh Mi Thit in Perth! Not only is the food incredible, but it also comes with the biggest and warmest smile in town. You can really taste the care they put into every roll. A must-visit! Banh Mi Thit in perth
We tried 2 types of banh mi: crispy chicken and roasted pork. They are so good. The most I like is banh mi itself. It is not broken shell type like others. And, very friendly owners. It is the right place in the city where you could enjoy banh mi within a peaceful outdoor environment. Will come back to try others in the menu.
The bread was perfectly fresh and crispy, shattering with each bite but still soft inside. The pork was tender, juicy and full of flavour, with generous pieces of crunchy crackling that gave every mouthful an addictive snap. All the herbs and pickled veg tasted super fresh and were really well balanced, so nothing overpowered anything else. Easily one of the best banh mi I’ve had in Perth – I’ll definitely be back.
Great spot to go. Friendly staff, great coffee and a great selection of food. I had a Viet ice coffee to start me off. Soo good! You have to try one. And to eat, i had a Bahn mi. The Q&T special was top pick 👌🏻 for me. Full of mixed meat, fresh crunchy bread and plenty of flavor. For me, I'd like to taste more of the traditional pate but that's me. The owners/staff were very welcoming and friendly and they really set the happy place off. Great work team!

The quality of their food is always maintained and you can expect the delicious flavours every time you go back! A must try for Banh Mi lovers in Perth! Come early as the lunch time crowd is a real thing!
Found this spot and was seriously impressed. The Pork Banh Mi was delicious, honestly almost as good as the famous one in Fremantle, which is saying a lot! Even in the short time I was there, I could tell it’s a local favorite, plenty of regulars were popping in for their morning coffee and the service was incredibly quick. What really stood out was the service, the gentleman behind the counter genuinely cared about my feedback and asked how the food was. Great food, fast service, and authentic hospitality. Ample street parking and plenty of seating right out front also.
Q & T blow me away every time I visit here. Chicken is to die for crunchy and juicy. The roast pork Bahn mi is legendary. Thanks again guys 🫶🫶🫶
